Mind-blowing hotel experience with super spacious rooms, jaw-dropping design, and amazing amenities like a 24-hour gym and plunge pool. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Nicolas at the reception and Marsha at breakfast. The breakfast options are excellent, although a bit more variety in fruits and vegetables would be great. The hotel's location is safe and conveniently close to the city center. They offer a late check-out without any extra charge.

Particularly good and absolutely perfect location so close to a taxi in the area around, Tobalaba Station and city Centre, easy check-in. Again, walking distance to an arts theater. Perfect choices for the breakfast.

Elevator etiquette needs improvement.

Hotel's room was reasonably large with a marvellous view of the skyline. The location was perfect, extremely close to Sala de Arte Ccu. Besides, we were right by a taxi in the area around, quaint Providencia and the city centre.
